Loophead Studio is currently developing a line of work using natural fibres such as wool. Fleece from sheep on the Dublin mountains, is washed, dyed, carded and felted at Loophead Studio in West Clare.

The art of felting is very ancient and the textile produced has many practical applications. The objects made are a celebration of organic beauty, warmth and comfort, for which we have to thank our fellow creatures.
